Very good discussion with the dr that I was happy with.

I had to wait 5 weeks to see a dr which was difficult

I have always had excellent care from the surgery and this instance was the same, with good communication and I was seen on time.

My only gripe is I don't have a GP who I'm able to build a rapport with which is disappointing. Where ever I've lived I've had a GP who knows me and my medical history. But thank you for your care.

Marvellous service when you actually get to see someone, but almost impossible to get an appointment.I waited 6 weeks to see a doctor about a problem with my heart .Not good enough !!!!

Make it easier to get an appointment .Also please do not let the receptionist diagnose your illness !!!

Easy to book an appointment that was convenient for me. Text communication was good as well in confirming the appointment and accessing the results.
